Hello Sandoval Families,
We are approaching the new school year quickly and online registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open. There are two steps that primary legal guardians will need to complete; Online Registration through Parent Portal and the You Benefit! form. See below for more detailed instructions. All Sandoval families need to have registration completed by August 11, 2025.
Please Note: If you participated in Early Bird Online Registration this past spring, you will still need to complete a You Benefit! Form.

STEPS TO REGISTER
Step 1: Online Registration
Only primary legal guardians can complete the online registration for new and returning students. You must have a Parent Portal account to register online.

Step 2: You Benefit! form – ALL FAMILIES MUST TAKE ACTION
All families need to complete a You Benefit! form (formally the Free or Reduced Fees/Lunch application) for the 2025-2026 school year.
Once the application is completed, make sure to save the email for future reference. If you feel your family doesn’t qualify, we ask for families to log in and OPT-OUT of the form.

In-Person Registration Help
Sandoval Main Office Staff will be available to support in-person registration during the following days and times: Monday, August 4th, Tuesday, August 5th and Wednesday, August 6th 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Ring buzzer at Main Entrance to be admitted into the building.
Parents/Guardians will need to be able to access their Parent Portal account. Please make sure to have your login and password ready.
Classroom Fee
Sandoval will invoice each family a registration fee per student. This fee will cover school supplies/field trips and classroom activities. The fee can be paid online through MySchoolBucks. We encourage all guardians to sign up for MySchoolBucks through the Parent Portal. This gives guardians the ability to pay for registration fees, and school lunches on-line with a credit card. Please do not give classroom fees to the classroom teacher. If you need support, come to the main office. We are happy to help!
DPS Communication Tools
Bloomz is no longer a DPS approved app, therefore we will no longer be using it. Please read below for important information regarding new DPS communication tools coming soon:
