Important Registration Verification Information

It is of the utmost importance that we have accurate information regarding your children at the start of the school year. Three, four and five year olds will need to have on file a current health form completed by a medical doctor (if we do not have one already). It is critical for you to come to school to complete registration between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. as follows:

• New Students and Primary (ECE & Kindergarten) ~ August 11
• Lower Elementary (grades 1, 2, 3) ~ August 12
• Upper Elementary (grades 4, 5, 6) ~ August 13

*Students who are not new to Academia Sandoval can complete this process via the online Parent Portal tool. To access parent portal click: https://myportal.dpsk12.org/Pages/Default.aspx

Please be prepared with information pertaining to emergency contacts. We will NOT use information from last year, as it may be outdated, and we want to ensure that we have current and correct information that we may use in everyday correspondence as well as in emergencies.
