What is Dual Language?

Dual language is a form of education in which students are taught literacy and content in two languages.

While the rest of the global village does not give a second thought to living in a bilingual or multilingual environment, the society in which we live is asking, “Why dual language?”

One simple fact is that knowing more than one language is beneficial to both individuals and to the society.

At Academia Ana Marie Sandoval, we wish to cultivate an atmosphere where it is evident that an equitable and quality education is provided for the community that we serve. This includes a Spanish speaking population as well as an English speaking population. The goal of a dual language school is the cultivation of a bilingual and biliterate student body that will translate to a bilingual/biliterate community at large.
